Setting Up Shoppe in Victoria

VictoriaThe 80 year old new kid on the block.

Hello victoria! I mentioned in the last issue to stay tuned for the next chapter in the Thomson & page history. Well, the exciting news is that we have a new store in beautiful downtown Victoria!

This is an exciting time for us as we enter into our 80th year of business and yet again we continue evolving and growing. Location, is a definite priority for us, so when we heard about the project that the property management, Lefevre & Company were doing to restore the old Leiser building at 524 Yates, we were very interested. The Leiser building is a testament to late nineteenth century entrepreneurship in B.C. It is significant as a product of financial prosperity during the Klondike gold rush era.
